We are building a cutting-edge AI platform designed to revolutionize the way creative solutions are developed, transformed, and optimized based on performance data. Our platform also enables the in-depth analysis of global campaign performance, empowering marketers and brands to make smarter, data-driven decisions. We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Engineer to join our team and help shape this transformative product. About us
Aderize was founded on the vision that people and brands deserve better ads.
And what a surprise, our ads resonate better with consumers resulting in much better ad performance. Now better ads aren't just about making the creatives look better. To get the creatives to load quicker while creating less traffic advances had to be made in how the ads are delivered and how they are compressed. To reduce the amount of on-device power used we had to adopt different animation and interaction methods and to become carbon neutral we had to build our own modern ad server from the ground up. Being carbon neutral only answers half the challenge, we also had to make sure we were super efficient using the minimum power necessary. Then reporting had to be upgraded so that super rich metrics are available for all creative.
Moving the needle on any one of these areas is a mammoth task and I’m so proud of all our contributors across our global team for achieving all this progress in just two and a half years.
In 2025 we are addressing the self service challenges that face Publishers and Advertisers alike and introducing new tools and services to ensure all have rapid access to brilliant creative without the traditional delays. We are also introducing new levels of dynamics especially for retail and Direct Response.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI models to analyze and transform creative assets based on campaign performance data.

Build algorithms to process and interpret large datasets from global campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into the platform’s workflows.

Create and optimize machine learning models to automate decision-making for creative transformation and performance prediction.

Develop recommendation systems to suggest creative optimizations and enhancements based on performance trends.

Implement scalable AI pipelines and workflows to manage data and models effectively.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI models in production.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the domains of creative optimization and campaign analytics.
Skills & Experience
Skills:
-
Proficiency in programming languages: Python (must-have), R, or Java.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with experience in AI/ML services.

Strong understanding of recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and deep learning techniques.

Experience with containerization tools: Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for campaign and performance data storage.
Additional requirements:

Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.

Familiarity with NLP or Computer Vision for analyzing creative assets.

Experience with deploying AI models in production using tools like FastAPI, Flask, or Streamlit.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in marketing technology or related industries.

1+ years of experience on working on a client-facing product
