We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Front-End Engineer to join our team and work on a cutting-edge ad-serving and creative development platform. Our mission is to make advertising solutions more dynamic, intuitive, and efficient for our clients.

 

You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining a robust front-end interface using Vue.js 3, ensuring seamless functionality and an excellent user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of dynamic advertising solutions through innovation and smart design.

About us

Aderize was founded on the vision that people and brands deserve better ads. 

And what a surprise, our ads resonate better with consumers resulting in much better ad performance. Now better ads aren't just about making the creatives look better. To get the creatives to load quicker while creating less traffic  advances had to be made in how the ads are delivered and how they are compressed. To reduce the amount of on-device power used we had to adopt different animation and interaction methods and to become carbon neutral we had to build our own modern ad server from the ground up. Being carbon neutral only answers half the challenge, we also had to make sure we were super efficient using the minimum power necessary. Then reporting had to be upgraded so that super rich metrics are available for all creative. 

 

Moving the needle on any one of these areas is a mammoth task and I’m so proud of all our contributors across our global team for achieving all this progress in just two and a half years.

 

In 2025 we are addressing the self service challenges that face Publishers and Advertisers alike and introducing new tools and services to ensure all have rapid access to brilliant creative without the traditional delays. We are also introducing new levels of dynamics especially for retail and Direct Response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end architecture using Vue.js 3.

• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.

• Optimize the platform’s performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

• Implement responsive designs to provide a consistent user experience across devices.

• Integrate and optimize creative development tools to enhance workflow efficiency for clients.

• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Research and propose innovative solutions to improve the advertising platform's functionality.

Skills & Experience

Skills:

• Strong experience with Vue.js 3 (composition API, Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia).

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with build tools like Vite, Webpack, or Rollup.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Version control experience (e.g., Git).

 

Good to know:

• Understanding of ad-serving technologies or programmatic advertising.

• Familiarity with backend integration and RESTful APIs.

• Basic understanding of ad-serving technologies and the creative development lifecycle.

• Experience working with dynamic ad solutions or creative tools is a plus.

 

Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development.

• A strong portfolio showcasing Vue.js projects and dynamic UI solutions.

• Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
