Business Intelligence Analyst
Our brand of Business Intelligence is one that lives and breathes data. Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain effective reporting tools and business intelligence solutions for the business enterprise and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness
- Develop and implement recurring reporting using various tools available such as Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, SQL, etc.
- Analyze business units’ activities and trends and compare performance against service standards and industry benchmarks
- Work with business unit leaders to identify and implement strategies that will promote continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
- Develop ad-hoc reporting to be used by the business
- Prepare routine reports for different business units including Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably from a business specialization
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analysis in an operations or financial environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access is an absolute must
- Comfortable in dealing with large data sets
- Must have technical work experience in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Experience in a BPO setting is a plus
Creative Success Manager
The Creative Success Manager is the nerve center of Aderize’s campaign operations. They directly impact customer happiness by delivering what the client wants and advising them on what they need. The Creative Success Manager needs to be an expert on Aderize products, a whiz at project management, and a human being that understands the value of excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaigns
- Consult with clients on which Aderize products best fit their needs
- Collaborate with other Creative Success Managers to support high-value campaigns and balance the project workload across all teams and regions
- Work with the Art Directors / SMEs to ensure the quality of work meets client needs and stays at a high level
- Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to craft or prototype solutions to client business needs
- Promote personal and team growth by continuing to learn new technologies and platforms
- Foster a culture that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and innovation by mentoring junior creative staff
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
- At least 1 year of experience in campaign or project management
- Background or prior experience in design, marketing, or web development is a big plus
- Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace is a must
JavaScript Engineer
Aderize uses and creates leading-edge technology to deliver our ad tech solutions. We are looking for a Javascript Engineer to join our team and help us build innovative web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Javascript, HTML, and CSS. You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining existing code, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You should also be comfortable working with other technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and test new Rich Media ad formats and web interfaces using Javascript, HTML, and CSS Maintain existing codebase to ensure stability and performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in web development
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience developing web applications
- Three or more years’ experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience with Web Canvas API for 2D and 3D
- Knowledge of Create.js and Easel.js
- Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams
Lead Design Specialist
A Lead Design Specialist manages the technical and creative aspects of design and creative production which includes product builds, documentation, and mentorship that involves onboarding and upskilling others.

Technical Program Manager
The Technical Program Manager is the spearhead that cuts across the organization and ensures that Aderize is moving in the right strategic direction. As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate a program of projects - from activating new products and business lines to creating efficiencies and developing programs that support business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and monitor multiple projects
- Coordinate activities across projects and departments or teams
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary
- Develop and track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely decision making
- Identify risks associated with each project and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure goals are met in areas including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Stakeholder and team management experience
- Proven experience in business analysis and reporting a big plus
